Understood your concern for taking medications with your low weight. Kindly get further evaluation for your low weight in this age group, if you are feeling lethargic, tired and lack of energy. And for the 2nd part- Piles/Hemorrhoids treatment is different with Ayurveda/Homeo and Modern medicine. But the principle cause has to be treated. If you have been diagnosed with piles, as a surgeon I would recommend only one oral medication and that will be flavinoids. Since piles gives painless bleeding, we don’t suggest oral painkillers also. But systemic/ local treatment with High fiber diet, plenty of fluids, sitz bath, analgesic gel application etc. is the main stay treatment. Dont get confused or mistreated in any platforms. U can consult a Homeopathic doctor if available here. And I am always available for any further queries.

Your weight has to be assessed in relation to your height.           I don't know much about Homeopathy but I know one thing; that the interpretation of "Piles ' is different for Homeopathy, Ayurveda and Modern Medicine.            So first you should get a proper diagnosis from a General Surgeon practicing Modern Medicine.

Please consult a homeopathic Dr. What is your height, because bmi is the criteria to decide whether one is underweight or not. Bmi depends on height and weight.

At 26 years with a weight of 34 kg, you are significantly underweight (BMI very low). That itself needs medical evaluation. Regarding your question: Homeopathic medicines are usually given in very diluted form. Because of this: • They generally do not cause direct organ toxicity. • Being underweight does not automatically make them dangerous. However: • Safety also depends on what exactly is in the drops. • Some homeopathic liquid drops contain alcohol. • Long-term self-treatment for piles without proper diagnosis is not advisable. More importantly, at 34 kg, the bigger concern is your nutritional status — not just medicine safety.
Next Steps
You should: ✔ Confirm exact name and composition of the drops ✔ Ensure they are from a registered practitioner ✔ Evaluate cause of being underweight: • Hemoglobin • Thyroid (TSH) • Vitamin B12Vitamin D • Stool issues or malabsorption For piles specifically: ✔ Increase fiber intake ✔ Increase water intake ✔ Avoid constipation ✔ Avoid prolonged straining If piles symptoms include bleeding, severe pain, or weight loss, you must consult an allopathic doctor for examination to rule out fissure or other causes.
Health Tips
✔ Focus on weight gain through protein-rich diet ✔ Add nuts, milk, eggs (if non-vegetarian) ✔ Do not rely only on alternative medicine ✔ Monitor bowel habits daily ✔ Do not ignore persistent rectal bleeding Homeopathy itself is unlikely to harm you due to low weight, but your low body weight needs proper medical assessment. If you tell me: • Your height • Whether you have rectal bleeding • How long you have been 34 kg I can guide you more precisely. Booking an online consultation would allow structured evaluation of both piles and your underweight status to ensure nothing serious is missed.

Homeopathic medicines are generally considered safe even for underweight people, as they are given in very small doses. Your body weight usually does not affect the safety of these medicines. However, since you mentioned piles and very low body weight (34 kg), it would also be important to evaluate the cause of low weight and check your diet, hemoglobin, and vitamin levels. If you notice any new symptoms, weakness, or worsening piles symptoms, it would be better to review the treatment. Based on your symptoms, this may require proper clinical assessment and prescription. You may book an online consultation with me for detailed evaluation and personalised treatment plan.

Dear Patient, Yes, homeopathic medicines are generally safe, even for underweight individuals, because they are given in very small diluted doses. Your weight (34 kg) does not make the drops unsafe by itself. However: • Make sure you are taking them from a qualified doctor. • If you notice allergy, stomach upset, or worsening symptoms, stop and consult. • For piles, also focus on high-fiber diet, plenty of water, and avoiding constipation. Being underweight (34 kg at 26 years) needs separate evaluation for nutrition, anemia, thyroid, or vitamin deficiency. If symptoms persist or bleeding is present, text me
