Piles or fissure pain
I have piles since 2years. Never it has pain. Suddenly from 2 months, Anus started paining.. Day by day the pain has increased. Doctor said it has to be operated. Some fissure has developed, may be the reason for pain.  What should I do? 1st cure the fissure taking some more times, then operation or what? I am taking laxative, Lots of high fibre food, fruits etc.Still stool is not cleared completely. Always feeling slight urge, pain and lower portion up-to legs not relaxed. Please suggest.

Kindly avoid spicy food and meat.. continue the laxatives.. mainly avoid straining during defecation.. check wether u bleed while you defecate.. if so the infection around anus should be avoided.. keep the area clean.. since ur doctor advised you to go for surgery, after doing all the proper investigations kindly go as per ur doctor’s instruction..
