Cure constipation first. Take plenty of fiber rich food, drink more water, hot water before sleeping and after getting up. Avoid fatty,  spicy food. Take tab dulcolax 10mg after dinner for a week. Sit in warm water in a tub or open basin, 2 to 3 times daily. Apply venusmin ointment over anal swelling,  2 to 3 times daily If pain, take tab voveran 50mg 3times daily for 3 days, after food.

Life style modification is very important,fibre rich food is necessary ,include more fruits and vegetables in your diet to prevent constipation,drink plenty of water,stop having spicy and fast food,exercise well and stay active

You need some life style changes stool softner . You can do sitz bath for some relied - luke warm water in 1/2 tub with 20 ml betadine . Do it 3 times a day for 5 days . Drink plenty of water. For more advice yoh can contact me

Swelling around the anus can happen due to many reasons: Diet spicy oily and irregular time Constipation Lack of fiber in diet Less water intake Sedentary life style Bike riding Insomnia

Correct the things which are non expensive first like eating on time and eating healthy food, having enough water and fiber in diet, avoid bike rides if possible, proper sleep and be physically active and lose some weight
