Many men experience a white or milky discharge (which may look like semen or thick fluid) from the penis specifically during or right after passing stool, especially when straining. This is usually not pus from an infection but rather prostatic fluid (the milky component of semen produced by the prostate gland) or sometimes pre-ejaculate-like fluid from nearby glands.

It can be a sign of urinary tract infection. If there is any other symptom like fever with chills or burning while passing urine that should raise more concern.
Next Steps
Kindly consult nearby physician for further assistance.
Health Tips
Drink plenty of water and maintain proper hygiene by cleaning the area after passing urine and using a gentle intimate wash during taking baths.

Hello. White discharge from the penis during or after passing stools is usually harmless and commonly due to pressure on the prostate/seminal vesicles during straining (called prostatorrhea). # What to do: Avoid constipation (drink more water, high-fiber diet). Don’t strain while passing stools. 🔴See a doctor urgently if: Discharge occurs without stools There is burning while urinating Pain, itching, foul smell, or history of unprotected sex In such cases, urine tests and STI evaluation may be needed.
