Anovate/shield/oxyurate ointment locally apply with index finger first on buthole than gently push inside anus rotate the finger to cover anal mucosa completely before n after defication two times for two weeks.
Tab trenexa 500 three times a day after food for 3 to 5days.. if stool is hard use softovac powder two tsf two times.
