Hello.
Based on what you described, not passing stool for 4 days with abdominal pain may happen due to severe constipation or hard stool blockage. Since laxatives and suppositories have not helped, a rectal enema at a nearby clinic or government hospital can help relieve the stool safely.
In the meantime you may consider:
• Drinking plenty of water
• Taking soft foods and fiber
Since treatment depends on the severity, a detailed assessment is recommended. You may consider an online consultation for proper evaluation and personalized treatment guidance.
Not passing stool for 4 days with abdominal pain suggests significant constipation / fecal impaction (hard stool stuck in rectum). Since Laxit Plus and glycerin suppository did not give relief, the stool may be very hard and impacted, and a rectal enema may indeed be required to soften and evacuate the stool.
This is usually not dangerous if treated early, but delaying further can increase pain, bloating, and discomfort.
Next Steps
• You can go to the nearest Primary Health Centre (PHC), Community Health Centre (CHC), or any nearby clinic/hospital in your area — even small nursing homes can administer an enema.
• Ask for a rectal enema (soap water enema or phosphate enema) which is commonly used for severe constipation.
• If medical help is not immediately available, you can also buy a ready-to-use enema such as Sodium Phosphate Enema (e.g., Fleet Enema) from a pharmacy and use it as per instructions.
• If you develop severe abdominal swelling, vomiting, inability to pass gas, or worsening pain, go to the nearest emergency department immediately.
Health Tips
• Drink 2–3 liters of water daily unless medically restricted.
• Include fiber-rich foods like fruits (papaya, banana), vegetables, oats, and whole grains.
• Regular physical activity and a fixed toilet routine in the morning help bowel movement.
• Avoid excessive tea, junk food, and low-fiber diet, which commonly cause constipation.

If you want, you can also tell me whether you are able to pass gas and if the abdomen is swollen, and I can guide you further on whether this needs urgent medical care. If needed, you can also book an online consultation so I can help you manage this safely and prevent recurrence.
Constipation for 4 days with abdominal pain may need medical evaluation.
Drink plenty of water, take fibre-rich food, and avoid straining. If no relief with medicines, visit a nearby clinic or hospital for proper treatment.
Considering your current situation in constipation for 4 days with abdominal pain,it would be advisable to seek medical evaluation.
Since the condition has not improved with laxatives and suppositories, further assessment may be needed.
In the meantime, you may try the following:
Drink plenty of water
Consume a high-fiber diet (fruits, vegetables, whole grains)
Avoid straining during bowel movements
If your symptoms worsen or do not improve, please visit a nearby healthcare facility for further management.
