Thanks for sending across your query. Piles treatment is not only taking laxatives but a complete treatment is required to cure piles as well as constipation.

Isabgol(psyllium husk) will be better option. You can take for longer period also.If not you can take lactulose syp, it works well but should limit to few days only ,should not take for longer time.Increase in water intake and fibre intake and avoid spicy food helps well.Do sitz bath ,it will also help.
Next Steps
Check blood hemoglobin level also.If you are having bleeding for long time  then hemoglobin may drop below normal

You have Grade 1 internal piles, and your main issue is hard tip of stool → causing bleeding. So the root problem is constipation, not piles itself.
Next Steps
Best syrup options (safe & commonly used): • Lactulose syrup (examples: Duphalac, Looz, Lactihep)
Health Tips
• Drink 2.5–3 liters water daily • Add fiber: oats, fruits, isabgol (very helpful) • Avoid: • Excess tea/coffee • Spicy, fried food • Do not sit long on toilet • Sitz bath (warm water) daily → reduces bleeding ⚠️ Avoid: • Habit-forming stimulant laxatives (like bisacodyl) for long-term • Overuse → can cause dependency & electrolyte issues ⸻

You can try Isabgol powder or lactulose syrup 15 ml dissolved in half a glass of water before bedtime.
Next Steps
Try to include more fruits, vegetables , fibre and water in your diet.
Health Tips
Long term use of Lactulose is not advisable as it can also cause deficiency of certain minerals, so try to include more fibre in the diet.
