Good morning, I am at my village for marriage ceremony,after eating lunch yesterday I was feeling pain in stomach, loose motion and vomiting, taken Pan 40 and metrogyl yesterday evening and today morning, Is it ok or I should take some other medicine. Please Guide 🙏
