Loose Motion
Got 101 Fever with chill once and from the morning onwards have loose motion for two days. Took Ofloxacin for two days and 1 Enterogermina but didn't work then the doctor prescribed loperamide hydrochloride 2 mg tablet took 1 tablet and 3 & half of 4 th day went well. But again having the same issue watery loose motion. It is now the 5th day. Again after Loperamide hydrochloride next poop come well then after same time it is same. Frequency is not high but feel like poop after eating food. Within 10 mins of eating Khichdi and Curd have watery poop. Can I take any probiotic also with Leporamide Hydrochloride and Ofloxacin. Feel gur gur sound also in stomach. What medicine can I take?

Take Tab Oflox TZ one morning and one evening for 5days. Tab loperamide can be continued. Prebiotic would definitely help. Take curds, other fermented foods,  , certain cheese.

You’re likely having post-infectious gastroenteritis or antibiotic-associated diarrhea. Since fever has subsided but loose motions persist, it suggests your gut flora is still disturbed, not an active infection. Here’s what to do: Stop Ofloxacin now — it’s unnecessary beyond 3 days if fever is gone. Continue Loperamide 2 mg only if frequency >3/day. Start a good probiotic like Enterogermina or Econorm sachet twice daily for 5 days. Take ORS after each loose motion and eat light (khichdi, curd rice, banana). Avoid milk, fried food, and sweets for 3–5 days. If symptoms persist beyond 2 more days or stool remains watery, a stool test for Giardia or C. difficile may be needed. In correct  dose. Enterogermina three times for three to five days.  Oz two times after food for five days. Zerodol sp3 times a day after food for 3to5 days. Nexpro RD40 ONE IN EMPTY STOMACH FOR 7 days Use of buttermilk n curd,  act as probiotic.  So use in abundance.  Bottle guard a gut healer with least  spicy. Banana papaya as fruit. No outside food or junk fast food.
