Pain in lower right abdomen
I have pain in the lower right abdomen (just above the hip) since last 3 days. It comes and goes. Today it's worse and I'm unable to sleep. Could it be appendicitis? What should I do?

I would consider appendicitis as the first diagnosis. Please get an ultrasound done urgently . In many cases that is enough for the diagnosis. If not, you may need a CT scan. In any case please show a surgeon immediately.
Next Steps
Show surgeon urgently , do ultrasound
Health Tips
If appendicitis ruled out, we ll consider other possibilities like urine infection, kidney stones, bowel infection
