  4. Often catch fever and cold. To follow.

Often catch fever and cold
I cath fever and cold way too often, almost twice or even thrice every month. This is taking a toll over my mental health as well. Please help with suggestions or  medication or tests I need to follow. Thanks. p.s : i from Delhi.
