Hi,
I am having on and off mild pain since yesterday mid night after having snacks below my right chest and above the ribs ending place. It doesn't pain when i sit or liedown. It pains only when i walk that too when i relax my stomach completely. If I lift my arm and inhale deeply i dont have pain.
Note: no fever, no nausea, no cough, normal stool and urine.

Please consult a General Physician in your area for a physical examination. You can show him what you mean by "below the chest but above the rib cage". For me it is difficult to visualise what you are trying to say.
