ECG looks largely okay, but since you have chest pain and shortness of breath, it should not be ignored. ECG alone cannot rule out all heart problems. You should get further evaluation like troponin test and clinical examination. If symptoms are ongoing or severe, go to emergency immediately. Please book a consultation so I can guide you properly.

ECG looks normal Causes of shortness of breath can be many ranging from anemia ( low hb) , lungs or cardiac issues and anxiety. Moreover all cardiac issues can't be diagnosed with ECG. So if the problem is persisting , please consult a physician.

I understand your concern. I carefully looked at your ECG image. At present, your ECG does not show any obvious major abnormality like heart attack changes. Rhythm appears regular and there are no clear dangerous ST elevation patterns. However, your symptoms of chest pain + shortness of breath should never be ignored, even if ECG looks okay. In a 27-year-old, common causes are: • Gastritis / acidity • Anxiety or panic episodes • Muscle pain (chest wall) • Less commonly, early cardiac or lung issues ECG can be normal in early or mild conditions, so symptoms matter more than just the report.
Next Steps
• Get these tests done: – Troponin I (to rule out cardiac injury) – Chest X-ray – Basic blood tests (CBC, sugar) • Take: – Tab Pantoprazole 40 mg before breakfast – Antacid syrup after meals • Avoid: spicy food, late meals, smoking, alcohol • Rest and avoid exertion for now • If pain is reproducible on pressing chest → likely muscular
Health Tips
Go to emergency immediately if: • Chest pain increases or becomes heavy/pressure-like • Pain radiates to left arm/jaw • Severe breathlessness, sweating, dizziness Even though ECG looks reassuring, symptoms should always be taken seriously. Better to rule out properly once than ignore and regret later.
