"Aapke bataye symptoms—sine mein dard (Chest Pain) aur saans phoolna (Shortness of Breath)—ko ignore nahi kiya ja sakta. Halanki aapki umar sirf 27 saal hai aur ECG normal aaya hai, lekin kai baar 'Cardiac' issues (dil se judi pareshani) ke alawa ye Gastritis (acid reflux), phephadon (lungs) mein infection, ya bohot zyada Anxiety/Stress ki wajah se bhi ho sakta hai. Humein ye identify karna zaroori hai ki ye dard 'Pleuritic' hai (saans lene par badhta hai) ya 'Ischemic' (dabav jaisa mehsoos hota hai)."
