If u have shortness of breath on exertion its heart and if u have it at rest its the lungs in most of the cases … unless any other symptoms have arisen lately do the followup likewise

No attachment available.  By your  history  it seems  gastritis. Nexpro RD40 ONE IN EMPTY STOMACH FOR ten days.  Mucain gel10 ml without water nothing by mouth till 30min can be taken 3to 4times . Ciplar LA 20 one after breakfast for ten days. Change life style n diet plan drastically. Plenty of water n liquid lemonade buttermilk electoral powder.  Light diet Walk
