I feel very mild dizziness whenever I stand for a while in a little hot less ventilated room. Is it due to little oxygen and less ventilation?

It could be due to dehydration. It is called Orthostatis / Orthostatic hypotension. Check Blood pressure in lying down and standing posture. If both values are grossly different, difference more than 20 mmHg, it could mean either you are dehydrated or you need to visit a doctor
