In a 19-year-old girl, symptoms like hair fall, tiredness, dizziness, and poor appetite with a normal thyroid are most commonly caused by nutritional deficiencies such as low iron, vitamin B12, or vitamin D. These are very treatable once identified through simple blood tests. Getting a CBC, iron studies, and vitamin levels checked would be the right next step to find the exact cause.
Next Steps
Get blood tests done including CBC, iron studies, and vitamin levels. Please consult me directly on Practo for a detailed evaluation.

Since her TSH has reportedly been normal on multiple occasions, other possibilities such as iron deficiency, vitamin B12 deficiency, vitamin D deficiency, nutritional deficiencies, stress, anxiety, inadequate sleep, or other medical conditions should be evaluated. A detailed medical history, menstrual history, weight changes, and physical examination are important to identify the underlying cause.
Next Steps
Get basic investigations done such as CBC, Serum Ferritin (Iron studies), Vitamin B12, Vitamin D, Blood Sugar, and Thyroid Profile reports for review. • Maintain adequate hydration, balanced nutrition, and regular sleep • Share any recent weight loss, menstrual irregularities, fever, stress, or other associated symptoms with the doctor.
Health Tips
Persistent dizziness, significant weight loss, severe weakness, fainting episodes, or worsening symptoms warrant prompt medical attention. Since she is only 19 years old, identifying and treating the underlying cause early usually leads to good recovery.
