Hi, these symptoms are common and linked to stress, low sleep or minor infections.  Rest well, eat balanced meals and stay hydrated in the meantime. No need to panic, but better to get checked. Feel free to consult for further guidance.

This combination of dizziness, extreme tiredness, hand tremors, low immunity with frequent colds, nose blockage on screen exposure, morning headaches, body pains, and lower abdominal pain is a significant cluster of symptoms. Low B12, severe Vitamin D deficiency, anaemia, low blood pressure, or thyroid dysfunction can each individually cause many of these — and you seem to have several happening together. The lower abdominal pain in the morning also raises the possibility of a urinary tract infection that needs attention.
Next Steps
Please consult me directly on Practo for a detailed evaluation — a blood test (CBC, B12, Vit D, TSH, blood pressure check, urine routine) will help identify what is driving all these symptoms together.
