Your symptoms (internal tremors, dizziness, feeling like falling) are commonly seen with: - Anxiety / panic - Low BP / dehydration - Low Hb / sugar - Sometimes vestibular (inner ear) issues If you feel dizzy: - Sit or lie down immediately (don’t try to walk) - Keep your toddler: • On floor/mat/play area (safe zone) • Avoid carrying child when dizzy - Keep house fall-safe (no sharp objects nearby) Always prioritize your stability first → then child safety
Next Steps
Basic checks: - BP (sitting & standing) - Hb (anemia) - Blood sugar - Thyroid (if persistent) Management: - Adequate hydration + regular meals - Proper sleep - Reduce caffeine If anxiety prominent: - Deep breathing exercises - Talk to family/friends daily - If persistent → consult doctor
