“After food” ka matlab hai kuch bhi khane ke baad, sirf rice-sabji hi zaroori nahi hai. Aap: • Paratha bhi kha sakte hain • Roti, bread, light snacks bhi chalega Bas dawa khali pet na lein, thoda sa bhi khana ho to uske baad le sakte hain. Based on your symptoms, this may require proper clinical assessment and prescription. You may book an online consultation with me for detailed evaluation and personalised treatment plan.

Next Steps
✔ Vertin 8 mg din me 3 baar, meals ke baad ✔ Dose skip na karein ✔ Sudden head movement avoid karein ✔ Pani adequate piyein Agar dizziness ke saath: • Vomiting • Hearing loss • Severe headache • Blurred vision → Turant doctor ko dikhayein.
Health Tips
✔ Slow position change karein (bed se uthte waqt) ✔ Sleep proper lein ✔ Excess caffeine avoid karein ✔ Screen time kam karein Mild dizziness usually treatable hoti hai, par agar 3–5 din me improvement nahi aaye ya symptoms worsen ho, to detailed evaluation zaroori hota hai. Agar aap mujhe batayein dizziness kab se hai aur kis type ka hai (room ghoomta hai ya halka sa lightheaded feel hota hai), to main aapko aur precise guidance de sakti hoon — iske liye ek focused online consultation helpful rahega.

Dear Patient, “After food” simply means after any proper meal, not specifically rice and sabji. You can take Vertin 8 mg after: • Paratha • Roti–sabji • Rice • Idli, dosa • Bread & eggs The purpose is to avoid stomach irritation. Just don’t take it on an empty stomach. Take it within 10–15 minutes after eating.
