Low vitamin b12 and low vit d
Hi, I got my blood test result. My vitamin b12 is 179 pg/ml. My vitamin d is 8.26 ng/ml. I feel needles sensation in my foot. My lips are dry and i feel some kind of slight unexplainable pain in there constantly. I also feel pain in my knee while squatting. I also wear dental braces. What should i do to increase my b12 and d3 levels. and reduce wierd sensation. Thanks
