Low Vitamin b12 60pg/ml
Vitamin b12 is 60 pg/ml. Tingling sensation in fingers,  numbness and pain in hands and legs, shortness of breath, chest pain, dizziness, pale yellow color in hands, full body pain. We have consulted the general physician and the doctor has advised Neurobion forte injection once in week for 4 weeks and next once in a month to continue. My Sister-in Law has taken injection Neurobion forte on May-30th-2021, though she is still experiencing  Tingling sensation in fingers,  numbness and pain in hands and legs, shortness of breath, chest pain, dizziness, pale yellow color in hands, full body pain. Please suggest if we need to increase the frequency of injection. Also do we need to do any other tests like vitamin D etc.

You vitamin b12 values are very low. Normal upto 200. One single injection is not going to cure your lifelong deficiency. You cannot increase the frequency of the injection, it has side-effects. The standard protocol prescribed by your doctor are correct and the fastest way to increase b12 levels.
Next Steps
you cannot hurry the recovery of a long standing disease. improve diet : almonds, milk cheese and curd.

You can get a CBC done. U might be having Anemia. check for pallor too. u can get a vit D done, since vit D deficiency is very common nowadays. Follow your doctor's advise, at the same time consume meat, fish and milk & milk products(diet rich in vit B12).
