Loss of smell and taste for 2weeks

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I had 2 days of little fever, done antibiotics and paracetamol fever gone after 2 days but after that I lost my taste and smell for 2 weeks also cough and no other symptoms I have. I can't able to take covid test as I'm in out of country it's very risky. So what should I do please help me should I still need to take medicines or just leave it please please help me
