Antibiotics are not recommended in case of viral fever but get proper evaluation from a qualified doctor if you are having fever and other causes of fever are not ruled out.
Antibiotics should not be started without knowing the exact cause of infection. For many conditions (viral fever, cold, sore throat), antibiotics are not required and may cause harm.
Kindly share your symptoms in detail (fever, pain, cough, burning urine, loose motions, etc.), duration, and any reports if available. I can guide you accordingly.
