3 din se fever tha
Hello doctor, mujhe 3 din tak 102–103°F ka tez bukhar tha. then I got tested. Reports attached. Doctor gave me 3days medicine and said.... come again. But it is surprising that my fever has been stable only from the ist dose. But I took antibiotic for 3 days. Abhi thodisi weakness h bs. Kindly tell:  koi follow-up test / aur treatment chahiye?

if no fever then you can wait..post viral myalgia and weakness is normal.. nothing to worry as of now.just take rest and stay hydrated

The report is suggesting some infection in the body which responded to antibiotics. Nothing to worry about now. Take proper diet and plenty of oral fluids, weakness will recover in sometime.

As per your report your WBC count is raised suggestive of some bacterial infection in body. Go for repeat CBC to know whether WBC count is still raised or normal. If normal then no need to worry. But if raised then go for X-ray Chest and Urine routine examination to find out the cause. For weakness you can take vitamin supplement.

You fever has subsided due to paracetamol that you have been taking along with antibiotics Do let me know other associated symptoms with your fever, sore throat?/running nose?/ pain abdomen etc Your most likely cause seems to be URTI

Fever settling after first dose is not unusual. Residual weakness can last 5–7 days. Rx: Tab Paracetamol 650 mg SOS fever Cap B-complex + Zinc once daily × 10 days Adequate fluids & rest If symptoms persist beyond a week, consult a General Physician like me via Practo.

It is a mild infection. Nothing to worry. Complete the given course of medication. For the weakness stay hydrated, take vitamin C tablet, have proper diet.

First complete CBC is required Need to follow up after 3 days to review with reports Yes fever can settle with first dose but it can come back if not completed full course of treatment.
