Continue medication as prescribed by your physician. Antibiotics has to continue for 3 days . Infection control take time . Repeat CBC after 3 days and then discuss with your physician
Antibiotic if suitable gives results in 3 to 5 days. It seems range of fever is coming down, so hopefully she should be o.k. I'm a day or 2.
Otherwise you can get a blood culture and x ray chest done and share results.
Regular paracetamol helps.
Urine test: Send urine for culture and sensitivity
Bloods test: CBP, CRP, Liver function tests, kidney function test
Other than the fever, if she is eating and drinking okay and she has not lost ability to sit or do her normal activity, that would be an indication to get her seen by your doctor and may need short admission into a hospital.
All the best.
