Light Fever and slow chest pain

Seems he got some viral illness.plus vit D3 deficiency
Or may be he has sinusitis n has done lots of upper body work out
History is not sufficient
Next Steps
take tab dolo650 three times a day x 2 days n get Vit D3 checked.in my opinion it will go away
