Foot pain and Head tiredness
I had a fever last year along with that foot pain the fever went out in few days but the foot pain continues till now. Currently it is very hard for me to walk and pain is also there even if I am resting. I had done ayurvedic therapy but it was disappointing

Did you have chickenguniya, because muscle pains do occur as sequel. Take flexon M.R one every 8hours for 4 to 5 days. Wear snugly fitting closed shoes. Get mri foot done.

Fever + foot pain is seen in Dengue fever Chikungunya Post viral Arthritis Typhoid fever Post-infection reactive arthritis look for Plantar fasciitis Swelling in feet or joints Difficulty walking Morning stiffness Redness or warmth in joints Fatigue or weakness To do CBC ESR ,CRP Dengue ,Chikungunya tests Xray Rheumatoid factor ,Anticcp Examination of joint Treatment 1. For Pain relief Give Tab Paracetamol 2. Hydration and rest Drink plenty of fluids Avoid overexertion 3. For joint pain Gentle movement Warm compress on painful areas 4. Chickengunya Prescribe anti-inflammatory medicines Physiotherapy if prolonged 5. Plantar fasciitis Anti inflammatory medicines Foot stretching exercises Soft footwear / heel support Avoid standing long hours
