-This is commonly due to plantar fasciitis, arch strain, or footwear-related stress -Intermittent pain for months without swelling/redness is less suggestive of fracture or serious disease
Next Steps
-Use soft cushioned footwear and avoid walking barefoot -Tab Aceclofenac 100 mg after food twice daily for 3–5 days if pain is severe -Do foot stretching exercises and warm fomentation daily -If pain persists, get orthopedic evaluation and X-ray/foot arch assessment done
Health Tips
-Avoid prolonged standing and high-impact activities temporarily -Maintain proper foot support and hydration -Contact me anytime on Practo for further consultation

Pain in the instep or the middle of the foot that has been occurring intermittently for 6–7 months is often related to Plantar Fasciitis or Midfoot Strain. The arch of your foot acts as a shock absorber; if you have flat feet (fallen arches) or use improper footwear, the ligaments and tendons in that area (like the Plantar Fascia) can become inflamed. Since the pain is not constant, it is less likely to be a bone injury and more likely related to mechanical stress or muscle fatigue."

It simply could be due to foot wear, local muscle pull or injury.Soak feet in little warm water, daily for few minutes. Wear comfortably fitting thick canvas shoes for walking.

This type of intermittent foot pain is commonly due to strain, footwear related stress, tendon ligament irritation, or pressure related issues and is often manageable 👍 Since it has been recurring for 6months, a more detailed history and assessment would help identify the exact cause properly you can consult with me directly for detailed guidance.
