I have started going to the gym as well as walking 10000 steps daily. Previously I was not at all
Into exercises. Now my foot is paining way too much it's swollen and I'm not being able to talk. This pain is increasing once I'm standing still but not that much while walking. What to do now?

Immediate aggressive exercise can lead to such symptoms. Have lots of water. It will resolve gradually. Go for slow exercise and after a week increase gradually
Dip your legs in hot to warm water for 7 to 10 min two times.
Till pain decrease do less
Tab eterocoxib Mr two times a day after food for 7 days.
Add some exercise for leg n foot.
Wear soft shoes in all activities.
Is it one foot or both?
Take tab flexon m.r one every 8 hours for 3 days.
Give rest to the foot for 4 to 6 days.
Soak foot in warm water for few minutes 2 to 3 times per day.
Wear closed , soft, thick shoes, like sports shoes while walking.
Tie a crepe bandage over affected foot while walking.

Regularly do exercise of feet by moving them slowly with all movements like flexion, extension, clockwise and anticlockwise rotation.
The painful swelling of the affected foot could be due to ligaments or arch related or a stress fracture of foot bones, usually resulting from increase in physical exercise.Avoid exercise for a few days ,apply ice pack locally and a foot tubi grip,and OTC pain reliever.If not relieved consider going for a CT scan of the affected foot.
