My foot has developed this lesion My skin stays dry in winters Please tell me the solution for it I have a cream called dermafic kt Can apply this. Is it safe?

Looks like fungal infection. Apply clavin nm cream twice daily. Also take oral antifungal drug like flucon 150mg for 3.days. Get your blood sugar test done. If problem persists then consult dematologist

Your lesion is in area commonly under the slipper strap, does it exactly match that? What about other foot and elsewhere on body? Any other conditions like eczema or asthma you have or any family member having these? Dermafic KT is combination of Antifungal, steroid and antibacterial which is generally not great by the book but commonly used by people and prescribed by general doctors and works usually.

Likely dry skin / heel fissures. Dermifac-KT not recommended routinely,Use strong moisturizers consistently. Steroid creams only if infection/inflammation is confirmed. Please consult me for further management.
