B.p. is o.k. The kind of headache you are describing,  it could be related to eyes. Get a complete eye check up done. For headache, take tab paracetamol 500mg one every 8hours for 3 to 4 days. Take tab paracetamol 500mg one every 8hours for 3 days. Tab beplex forte one daily for 4 weeks.

Since your BP seems to be within normal limits and you have some anxiety issues so the headache can be due to anxiety. You can consult me directly on my whats app for further counselling and management(seven double zero nine six four one three nine four)

Your BP readings (120–129 / ~90 mmHg) fall into borderline diastolic elevation, not established hypertension. This alone usually does not require BP medication. Your symptoms—headache (front + back), sensitivity to light and sound—are more suggestive of: • Migraine or migraine-like headache • Tension + anxiety component (you already have anxiety)
Next Steps
• Continue anxiety treatment as prescribed (Placida) • For headache: – Take a simple pain reliever (paracetamol) when needed – Rest in a dark, quiet room • Monitor BP properly: – Check at rest (not during pain/stress) – Maintain a log for 1–2 weeks
Health Tips
• Identify migraine triggers: stress, lack of sleep, screen exposure • Stay hydrated and don’t skip meals • Limit caffeine • Practice relaxation techniques (very helpful for both headache + BP) • Maintain regular sleep cycle ⚠️ Red flags: • Sudden severe “worst headache” • Vision changes, vomiting, neurological symptoms ⸻
