Severe headache with low bp and vomit
Hi, I have a severe headache with a low bp and vomit sensation. I just checked my bp it's 90/70 and pulse rate is 60. The headache is so intense that I am not even able to open my eyes. It's sensitive to light and phone also. My full head is aching especially the back side. What should I do? Note:- I am also a diabetic patient and my recent blood sugar 2 hours after the meal is 180. I am not taking any medicine.

Given your symptoms of severe headache, low blood pressure (90/70), low pulse rate, and nausea, it's essential to seek immediate medical attention. These could be indicative of conditions like hypotension, dehydration, or even issues related to blood glucose fluctuations considering your diabetes history. Additionally, elevated blood sugar levels of 180 mg/dL, even though post-meal, suggest that your blood sugar control may need adjustment. It's important to monitor your symptoms closely and get evaluated for possible complications such as diabetic autonomic neuropathy, which could explain the low blood pressure and heart rate variability.
