Don't take vitamin D. The studies are conducted on white populations. Your levels are fine. Consult a MD medicine in real life for thorough physical examination and routine tests.

This is most likely due to vitamin-D deficiency–related musculoskeletal pain, joint “cracking” alone (crepitus) at your age is usually benign.
Next Steps
You can start Uprise-D3 60,000 IU once weekly for 8 weeks, then once monthly for 6 months, and add Shelcal-500 once daily after food. For pain, use paracetamol only if needed.
Health Tips
If pain/swelling or morning stiffness persists beyond 3–4 weeks after correction, get CBC, ESR, CRP and repeat 25-OH Vitamin-D to rule out inflammatory causes.

At 17 years, joint, muscle, and bone pain with vitamin D deficiency (19.2 ng/mL) is a very common and reversible cause of your symptoms. Low vitamin D can cause diffuse body aches, muscle fatigue, bone pain, and cracking/popping sounds (crepitus) from muscle weakness and altered joint mechanics. At your age, serious bone disease is unlikely if there is no swelling, redness, fever, or weight loss. Cracking sounds alone are not dangerous and often occur with muscle tightness, dehydration, rapid growth, or poor posture, all of which are worsened by vitamin D deficiency.
Next Steps
• Start vitamin D correction (typical adolescent regimen: 60,000 IU once weekly for 6–8 weeks, then maintenance; exact dose should be doctor-guided) • Ensure adequate calcium intake (diet first; supplement only if advised) • Check baseline labs if pain persists after 6–8 weeks: Calcium, Phosphorus, ALP, PTH; consider B12 if fatigue/tingling exists • Begin gentle strengthening + stretching (hips, core, quads, calves) rather than high-impact exercise • Reassess pain after vitamin D repletion; most improve significantly
Health Tips
• Sun exposure: 20–30 minutes mid-morning or late afternoon, arms/legs exposed • Hydrate well; dehydration worsens muscle cramps and joint sounds • Avoid excessive screen time/poor posture; do daily mobility • Cracking without pain/swelling is usually benign • Do not self-medicate high doses long term without follow-up levels

Increase protein in diet. Cracking doesnt from doesnt necessarily mean deficiency is the cause. Vit d 60k unit capsule , once a week with food for 4 weeks ; followed by once a month for 6 months ( always take vit d with food) Min protein requirement = 0.8g/kg Ideal protein requirement is 1.2-1.7g/kg atleast take evuivalent protein in grams of your body weight. 70kg person should take 70-100gm protein perday

Cracking sounds from joints isn’t necessarily a problem. Take good amounts of protein in your diet. Typically you will need at least 1.5 to 2gm per kg of body weight (for a 60kg person will need 90-120gm of protein per day in their diet). Cholecalciferol (vitamin D) take 60k capsule once a week for at least 8 weeks and then once a month for a year. All the best. J G S R clinic

Vit d deficiency is very common because we don't go much out these days..and even if we go,we are covered with clothes. So vit d isn't enough . Vit d deficiency can cause slight myagia..it won't cause much bone pain..also vit d deficiency isn't any disease..so don't worry
Next Steps
You can take vitd 60k capsule once a week x 4 weeks then once a month for 6 months.
