Taking anabolic steroids like Anavar while already on medications like Naltima (Naltrexone) and sleeping pills is clinically dangerous. Anabolic steroids significantly alter your brain chemistry and hormonal balance, which can neutralize the benefits of your current treatments and lead to severe psychological and physical side effects
Next Steps
Prioritize Your Mental ;-, you must avoid anabolic steroids. Your body is already under medical management for other issues, and steroids will only complicate your recovery. Consult a Qualified Dietician: For lean muscle growth, focus on a high-protein natural diet and a structured strength-training program. Natural growth is sustainable and does not require dangerous shortcuts. Discuss with your Prescribing Doctor: Before adding any supplement (even 'legal' ones), talk to the doctor who prescribed Naltima and your sleeping pills. They need to ensure that any change in your routine does not interfere with your primary treatment. Understand the Side Effects: Beyond the brain, Anavar can cause hormonal shutdown, hair loss, acne, and cardiovascular strain. At 25, your natural testosterone levels are at their peak—don't ruin them for temporary gains.

I would not advise taking anabolic steroids without proper supervision, especially along with other medications, as they can have significant side effects. It’s better to evaluate your overall health first  you can book a consultation and I’ll guide you safely.

My suggestion would be to avoid it , especially if this is not prescribed by a Doctor. Anabolic medication has its own Side-effects which can range from minor Tendon injuries, mood swings, anxiety dependency to major systemic ones. Sometimes the longer road is still the safer road to take.
