Is it possible to gain weight or muscle
Is it possible to gain weight or muscle by eating 3 meals a day.please help sir/ma'am. I eat Sattu milk shake as breakfast Lunch - rice dal and 1 omlette Dinner 4 rotis with vegetables or dal.. Is it possible to gain weight on these foods.

Yes it’s possible but only those meals provide enough calories and protein to create a calorie surplus It may be too low in calorie for significant weight gain . Add Breakfast 70-100 gm sattu + 400 ml milk + 1-2 banana + 1 tbsp peanut butter Lunch 2-3 cup cooked rice + 1 bowl dal + 2-4 egg omelette + 1 tsp ghee Dinner 4-6 roti + 1 bowl dal + veg any + 100 gm paneer or 2-3 eggs + 1 tsp. Ghee on chapati Includes weight training or strength training 3-5 days Ensure 7-9 hours sleep If weight not increas increase portion size
