I eat Sattu milk shake as breakfast
Lunch - rice dal and 1 omlette
Dinner 4 rotis with vegetables or dal..

70-100 gm sattu + 400 ml milk + 1-2 banana + 1 tbsp peanut butter
Lunch
2-3 cup cooked rice + 1 bowl dal + 2-4 egg omelette + 1 tsp ghee
Dinner
4-6 roti + 1 bowl dal + veg any + 100 gm paneer or 2-3 eggs + 1 tsp. Ghee on chapati
Includes weight training or strength training 3-5 days
Ensure 7-9 hours sleep
If weight not increas increase portion size
