How to maintain the gained weight
I followed a weight gain diet for many days I gained 10kgs - 43kg to 53kg Now if I come back to my earlier habits like 3 meals a day - lunch - 300g rice dal egg Dinner - same Brkfast - 60g sattu milkshake Is it enough to maintain that weight or will I start to lose.. Please sir/ma'am I am very confused..

You will still have to maintain the protein intake,if u want to maintain that muscle mass .For 53 kg body weight ,53 g /day plus add on protein if you are on strength training/going to gym.

Your ideal body weight should be 62-65 kg a/c to your height . So still you are underweight. You can maintain your weight but you can’t gain weight.
