Increase rice quantity at lunch and dinner
Use whole milk in sattu
Add banana in sattu drink
Includes nuts daily
Add 1-2 snack between meals peanut chikki , roasted chana , banana, dates , milk
Example :
Morning sattu drink + milk + banana
Mid morning: handful peanut + dates
Evening: milkshakes or peanut butter sandwiches
Bedtime: 1 glass milk
