Iron deficiency
Should I take any iron supplement? Is making changes in diet enough? I have anal fissures. So, I met my gastro-surgeon, who said nothing to worry about since haemoglobin is normal(15.25) but I forgot to ask those questions given above. Could you please help with this? Thank you.

Iron rich diet should be sufficient as your Hb is normal. May be you can recheck your Hb after a month
