Normal iron but low transferrin
Got my iron test done..is it normal or do I have iron deficiency..should I take supplement or not required ..cbp completely normal

You have to take Iron supplements even though your Haemoglobin level is normal. It is because the iron stores of the body are mobilized and utilised before the Hb level starts falling. That's why you have to take oral Iron till your TIBC  becomes normal and Transferrin saturation becomes high.
