Continue the iron supplements along with iron rich foods like , if you are vegetarian then chana , soya products , beetroot,  jaggery/gud, leafy vegetables. If nonvegetarian then liver and chicken , whole egg. Finish your  meal with lemon  juice which helps in iron absorption from the food . Avoid tea coffee with food as it hampers iron absorption from the food . Also do not take milk with iron tablets . Once the hemoglobin improves , hairfall will reduce.  Keep your Vit D levels in check . Do a thyroid profile test on empty stomach
Next Steps
Do a thyroid profile test empty stomach and get your Vit D levels checked .
