Consult with a doctor

your haemoglobin (Hb) was 8.8 g/dL in December, that indicates moderate iron-deficiency anemia, and it’s important to treat it — but also to choose an iron supplement that doesn’t aggravate your acidity/stomach issues.
Next Steps
Take iron after a meal if u are having stomach issues ✔ Pair with a vitamin C source like orange juice for better uptake. ✔ If you have reflux, avoid lying down right after taking it. If the issue still persists consult your doctor to change the formulation

You can take ferrous bisglycinate once or twice a day,as it's gentle on the stomach.with the Hemoglobin at 8.8 gm and stomach related side effects, you may need injection form of iron preparation to treat the anemia
