Iron deficiency
I am facing symptoms of headache, dizziness, light headness. I have done test for iron and other vitamins at Apollo diagnostic center. It shows % of  saturation iron low . Can you please advice .

These symptoms might not just be related to Iron deficiency Also if only % of saturation iron is low but other parameters like Serum Iron and TIBC are normal then it is most probably insignificant
Next Steps
These symptoms can also be caused by Vit B12 deficiency so please get that checked also

Take syp R.B. tone one tbsf morning and evening. Take plenty of fresh green leafy vegetables   beetroot,  pumpkin,  fruits like pomegranate   mango, apple, orange, Use jaggery in place of white sugar. If headache is more, get eyes tested and take tab paracetamol 500mg.
