Headache and dizziness
For last 2-3 days, I am having headache specifically in eye brow area. Also facing dizziness and pressure in back of head when I bend down. No fever and running nose. Please advise.

Low pillow  use. Xray cervical vertebrae ap n lateral view digital with reporting. Tab flexon Mr two times a day after food for 3to5 days. Nexpro RD40 ONE IN EMPTY STOMACH FOR 5 days.

Get x ray cervical spine done, also vision tested. Remove high pillow,  avoid neck bending or sideward turning. Take tab paracetamol 500mg one every 8hours for 3 to 4 days. Tab cinnarizine 25mg one every 8hours for 7 days. Tab Becosoule one morning and one evening for 30 days.
