I am very fat and i have weight of 50 and i am not too much older i am 16 years and also i have short height now i feel very bad and so onn every one torn me all time of short height and fat..i was doing exercises but actually now a days i don't have enough time to continue it and i have left donig exercise soo kindly tell me how can i control on my weight and increase my height..
