Your symptoms likely point to gastritis or a mild stomach infection from food irritation or acidity. Drink plenty of fluids, take ORS, avoid oily and spicy food, and take pantoprazole before breakfast along with ondansetron if needed for nausea. If loose motions continue, use ORS and a probiotic. Consult a doctor if the pain worsens, vomiting doesn’t stop, there’s blood in stool, or signs of dehydration appear.

You probably have a gastroenteritis. Please make sure that if you have repeated episodes of vomitting and loose motions despite having medicines, you have to get admitted in a nearby hospital.
You can have a probiotic like Enterogermina, An antacid like Rablet D which will take care of the vomitting, and if the symptoms does not subside significantly you can start an antibiotic Tab O2 1 tab twice daily after food. But please take plenty of fluids after every loose motion episodes.
