Hello doctor I'm having severe gastric issues from last 3-4years but from this year things are getting worse had upper abdominal pain in middle 2times full night i didn't slept in February after that i changed my diet but from 2mnths I am having upper left stomach pain near or under left ribs and sometimes all over stomach also feels vomit and i'm afraid to go to doctors and do ultrasound and all test in fear of getting report not normal please let me know what can all be this
