1. Take Pan40, one tablet twice daily on an empty stomach. Once the pain reduces, take one tablet in the morning. 2. Take Sucral syrup. 3. Take drotaverine, if pain increases.

Upper left abdominal pain near the ribs along with nausea and worsening gastric issues over 4 years suggests conditions like gastritis, GERD, or possibly splenic/pancreatic involvement. Avoiding the diagnosis out of fear will only delay treatment and may allow the condition to worsen.
Next Steps
Please get an ultrasound and basic blood tests done — early evaluation is key to proper treatment. Please consult me directly on Practo for a detailed evaluation.

Due to gerd or gastritis. If you dont go for evaluation then start medicine for now.pantop dsr before food.take daily once a day and if your symptoms improve its mean you have gerd/gastritis issues.if not improve then go for evaluation.
