Please tell me how to treat fissures.. pain in anal after passing stools.. dont see blood.. have little  constipation

hi , first treat constipation by taking 1) Adequate fluids 2) High fibre diet 3) Avoid spicy and oily food,no outside food 4)Syrup Cremaffin 30 ml at night for 3 to 5 days Then add on these 1) Please check if the stool is lined with blood bcoz in fissure ,u won't see much blood 2) U can apply Lox gel in the anal region 3)Sitz bath with warm water Needs further details to differentiate fissure from haemorrhoids (piles) if symptoms persist u can contact me in private chat ,thank u
