Please provide detailed medical history so that I can help you to heal. Fecal incontinence can occur after laser surgery. Increase fiber in your diet slowly. Avoid fried foods, heavy meals. Stay hydrated Start doing pelvic floor exercises under guidance of a physiotherapist. Train your bowels by visiting the toillete 3 to 4 times daily at fixed intervals. Take tab sporlac one morning and one evening for a week.
