I had stage 3 laser surgery for Hemorrhoids i.e fissures on one week ago. The problems that i am facing are feeling heavy stomach and after completing the urinating with in 2 minutes immediately and after every meal not able to control the poop. Sometimes I feel burning and stinging pain.
