Hi sir my husband is suffering from piles and having severe pain he is using the following medicine
1. Hilo capsule
2. anobliss ointment.
3. Smuth ointment.
4. Nobelspas cap
5. Looz syrup
But the pain is still same please suggest some antibiotics and painkiller which will heal and cure it.please suggest your valuable advice.

You can try sitz bath. It will help you. Antibiotics and painkillers usually do not help in management of piles
